Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Smart Trading ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

2. Simulated Practice Only

All trading inside the App is simulated practice. Trades are placed on simulated charts with virtual practice funds in USD values. No real money is deposited, traded, wagered, or paid out through the App, and the App is not a broker, exchange, or financial services provider. Practice results do not predict or represent real trading performance.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person may hold one account; we may suspend accounts that are shared, fraudulent, or abusive.

4. Pro Subscription

The Pro plan (currently $19 per month) unlocks AI trade analysis, full analytics and unlimited journal features. Pro is billed through the payment options shown on the Pricing page and is activated by us once your payment is received. Pro access is personal, non-transferable, and grants no trading or payout rights of any kind.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its services;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate practice trades or data;
• Abuse the practice environment (for example, mass automated trade placement);
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users.

6. No Financial Advice

Content in the App, including AI-generated trade insights, is for educational and journaling purposes only and is not financial, investment, or trading advice. We make no guarantee of accuracy, profit, or outcomes. Always do your own research before trading real money on any external platform.

7. Data & Availability

Your journal entries and practice trade history are stored in the App. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for lost practice data or simulated results. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, including Pro accounts, without refund for the current billing period where the breach is confirmed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Trading and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any losses related to real-money trading you conduct elsewhere.
